アークテリクス自体は、高級すぎて、好きじゃないんだが、
（実力があって、安いものを使っている人間が一番かっこいい）
これは、ここ数年、特に日本で、すごく値上がりしている。
僕が買った時は2万ちょっとだったのだが、今は3万近く。
ちなみに、見た目はいいし、大きさ、重さ（厚さ）もちょうどいいが、
（パソコン運ぶ時はちょうどいい）
オススメはしない。
収納力がとても低いし、ボッタクリ価格だから。
耐久性抜群、とか書いてあるが、2年で二箇所壊れたよ。
ビニールテープで補強してる。
moutain equipment coopなどで十分だし（価格は1/4）、
パタゴニアとかノースフェイスとか、日本人だけ3倍近くの金を出して有難がっているのは、
韓国に金を浪費するおばさんと同レベル。
ただ、この会社はバンクーバーのベンチャーなんだよね。
やっぱり、良い場所（カナダ、フィンランドなど）からは良い会社が出てくるよね。
現実的な選択肢として、バンクーバーは将来の移住先の候補の一つではある。
気候、アメリカに近い、アジア人コミュニティも適度、カナダの国としての良さ、など。
ちなみに、yahoo canadaを見ていたら、カナダは世界で8番目に、政治の透明性が高いらしい。

International watchdog says war-ravaged （破壊する） Somalia remains the world's most corrupt country, followed by Afghanistan, Myanmar and Sudan. Transparency International says New Zealand is the most principled country, followed by Denmark, Singapore and Sweden.

Canada is tied for eighth place with Australia and Iceland - up one spot from the 2008 survey - while the United States is ranked 19th.
The Transparency International website did not include any specific reasons for the Canadian ranking.
The annual ranking from the Berlin-based agency drew on surveys of businesses and experts.

オーストラリアは俺は疑ってしまうが、ニュージーランド、北欧、シンガポールなどはそうだろうなあ、という感じ。
ちなみに、youtubeで、アウトドアプロダクトのレビューや、スノーボードのセットの仕方などを、英語で見るのは本当に楽しい。
