Hot buttered Arbroath smokie with poached egg
野菜はBrussel Sproutの葉ということで、ここも徹底してBritish.
そして、やや固めで筋張っていて、苦味があるところが、
Pie and mashに合う。
Bread puddingは、アイスの冷たさとのコントラストが面白い。breadというより、湿ったスポンジに近い食感だけど、それとも違う。
パイとpuddingで£10だから、激安。
