Hummus



















Chickpea,

Tahini,

Olive oil,

cumin,

garlic,

lemon juice,

yoghurt,

salt, pepper.



Easy and healthy.

I like Hummus with various vegetable sticks. And a bit of sprinkle of parsley or cilantro, cayenne, paprika, pine nuts and olives.

And Tahini (sesame paste) is really good for you.

You can add meyer lemon, minced rosemary, etc.
