Tips

Gain some momentum in the water.

Crack eggs into small bowls or cups.

Put them into ice water and it stops it from overcooking.

Tips

Put some salt in the water

Stir it in the clockwise direction in the northern hemisphere.

Create the hole in the centre and put the egg in there.

Cook it for 10 min.

Water temperature should be 165 to 180 degree.

Vinegar and salt.

Stir it to create a small water pool.

Bring in the cup right down to the water and edge (じわじわ端によせる) before you drop it.
