ランニングで都市を移動し、自分で料理をする身としては、
バックパックに入れても、液漏れしないケースが必需品。
意外と、きちんとしたブランドはない。
これは、Nestableなのも都合がいい。
こっちは７個セット。
一番大きなやつは、本来のケースとしての使い道にはでかすぎる。
単なる整理ケースとして、調味料などを入れておくのにいいのかな。

Cheap restaurants on Michelin website
Gordon Ramsyのような3 starもよいが、
ミシェリンのサイトでは、価格などで絞り込みが出来て、便利。
一応、紙の本も買ったが、紙は検索が出来ず、不便。
iPadのアプリを出せばオフラインで使用できるし。
その検索で、セントラルロンドンで一番安いレストランとして出てきたのが、Imli.
オンラインクーポン、ランチ、Take Awayなどでは、１０ポンド前後で、
なかなかの料理を楽しめる。
ちなみに、フラットの近所にある、Baozi Innも、６ポンドから、と激安だが、ミシェリンガイドに載っている。
星はなくても、載っているだけで、それなりの質は保たれているのがよい。
ブリストルでのパスタもなかなかだったし。

Steve Jobs on Passion
People say you have to have a lot of passion for what you’re doing, and it’s totally true.
And the reason is because it’s so hard that if you don’t, any rational person would give up.
It’s really hard, and you have to do it over a sustained period of time.
So if you don’t love it, if you’re not having fun doing it, and you don’t really love it, you’re gonna give up.
And that’s what happens to most people, actually.
If you really look at the ones that ended up being successful, unquote, in the eyes of society, and the ones that didn’t - often times, the ones that are successful loved what they did so they could persevere when it got really tough, and the one’s that didn’t love it, quit.
Because they’re sane, right?
Transition
This is not gonna be a transition that happens overnight.
It's gonna happen over a period of a few years.
何かをしようと思ったら、とにかく今すぐ始めること。
そして、それは、いきなり１００％であるべきではない。
色々なことを多角的に積み重ねることで、いつか分からないが、成果が出る可能性がある。
今は、スポーツなどかな。
